Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Duties include handling inquiries / complaints and providing premium services to owners and visitors, etc in the managed property
- Support daily operations of the building and conduct regular checking to the facilities
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements :
- DSE or above with at least 3 years’ customer service experience, preferably gained from the fields of hotel or shopping mall management
- Customer service oriented, helpful, independent and with strong initiative
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit will be an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
- 6 Working days, 9 hours (9:00-18:00), Shift duty and work on weekends, Public Holidays is required
- Working Location: The Peak
- Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance will be provided
