Job Description

Responsibilities

Development Manager will directly report to Deputy General Manager - Real Estate Investment and lead to carry out market research and valuations.
Undertake and review property valuations
Structure and conduct market research and comparable development analyses and monitor the transaction database
Carry out regular financial evaluations and sensitivity analyses for projects under development/asset enhancement
Support and coordinate various departments for analysis inputs
Check and review valuations conducted by external parties
Conduct regular market update presentations with property consultants

Requirements

MHKIS/MRICS qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant acquisition/valuation experience in property developers/property consultants with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Strong financial modelling and business acumen
Able to work independently, effectively and under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience would be offered with the post of Assistant Development Manager
