Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all back-of-house compliance, conveyancing and administrative works relating to first hand residential property sale.
• He/She is also required to support frontline sales operations, including handling sales preparation works, relevant legal matters and after-sales service for the customers, etc.
• Frequent communications and coordination with other business units including projects and finance departments and external parties such as solicitors, real estate agents and customers are required.
• Assist in preparation of 1st and 2nd hand comparable research for formulation of sales strategy
• PASP and ASP processing, sales transactions and after-sales follow-up;
• Prepare administrative works for writing memo (OA), prepare payment requisition and payment process
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints;
• Responsible for any other duties that assigned by the superior from time to time

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
• Diligent, proactive, and result-oriented with positive mindset and high integrity. Strong leadership skills as well as a team player. Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work overtime and irregular hours
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer position
