Job Responsibilities

•  Monitor and enhance food and beverage services and facilities to ensure the Restaurant operate successfully;
• To provide the highest standard of services to customers;
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts of the Restaurant as well as control stocks for daily use in the Restaurant to ensure service requirements are met;
• Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant including roster, training, daily administration etc.;
• Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication;
• To assist in outlet development and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 5 years or above solid experience with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Obtain Hygiene supervisor certificate or Hygiene manager certificate will be an advantage;
•  Well organized with good leadership skill and detail-minded to interact with customers;
• Pleasant, presentable, confident with outgoing personality, and able to work independently;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Potential candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Trainee Manager.
