• Handle full set of sales support including sales orders, special request, price quotation and tender submission, to ensure smooth operation of the team;
• Setting up internal organization on online sales platform with retail operation team;
• Provide quality services to food service customers include handling enquiries or complaints in an efficient manner;
• Support food services customers via calls or correspondence and follow up cases;
• Liaise with all internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement;
• Provide administrative support, such as product list and price list update, customer account opening documents;
• Prepare and provide products specifications including calculation of nutrients information;
• Customer account opening in Flex and relating setup including assigning delivery schedule and truck;
• Coordinate with Production team for new product launch and special order;
• Liaise with Operation team and Production team for special arrangement needed for retail outlets and food service customers;
• Work on recipe and food cost calculation at a later stage;
• Ad-hoc duties as required

• Degree Holder in any business or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, able to work under independently
