We are now inviting energetic, motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team of artisans. As an artisan of K11 ARTUS, you are valued and respected and are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests and residents.
We are looking for talents for the position of Bartender in our Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities:
Setting up the bar before shifts and manage the bar operations
Prepare high standard drinks to guests, including coffee, tea and cocktails. Service both at the bar, to table and on dispense
Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
Monitor the inventory of liquor/wine and other bar supplies
Keep bar area neat and tidy and ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirement
Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits. Assist with inventories as necessary. Control costs. Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in guest focused hospitality
Good beverage knowledge – wine, cocktails, beers and other beverages
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about guest service and able to work well in a team
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
