Responsibilities:

• Assist in support the daily operation in Pastry kitchen
• Ensure pastry products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
• Ensure the cleanliness of pastry work area, equipment, and cold storage areas
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• 3-10 years’ +relevant experience or above in pastry section in Hotel / F&B Group
• Preferably with formal pastry training
• Good team player and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivation and ability to learn
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Applicants who have more experience would be consider for Section Head
• Applicants who have less experience would be consider for Demi Chef
