Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Project Management Team to address customers’ requirements and deliver project on time within budget
• Design application interfaces and software services throughout the life cycle 
• Participate in testing, development and maintenance of the solutions to ensure code quality, security and stability of the solutions
• Provide technical support to Application Development Team in application solutions development
• Develop standards, guidelines and frameworks for application development projects
• Oversee the documentation of architecture design and analysis work

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in IT industry, with work experience in large-scale project in government sector is preferred
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, C#, Python, .NET etc.)
• Knowledge of application design in OO programming, API, UML, Tiered architecture, Relational Databases and Web development
• Excellent technical knowledge of up-to-date infrastructure systems and standards
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
