Job Description

Capiteq is a Singapore & Hong based technology company specializing in delivering high quality technology services to hedge funds and private investment companies worldwide. 

We are looking to hire a Support Analyst who will be assigned to work exclusively for our Hedge Fund client based in Hong Kong Central. 

The role will report directly to the CTO of the business and involve onsite and remote IT support based out of our clients office.  The selected individual will interface with our back end teams for additional support on projects and upgrades.


This position will involve IT support duties including day to day trade floor Helpdesk Support for VIP trading staff as well as administration of Office 365, Citrix, VDA, Azure VMs.  The role will also be responsible for monitoring client security, health checks and site monitoring.  We are looking for an all rounder-someone who has had exposure across many technologies and is able to provide top tier support to our clients trading staff.

We are interested to hear from candidates with proven experience working and supporting hedge funds or trade floor environments with exposure to administration of the technologies listed. 

If you have experience in providing the following services we would be interested to speak to you.

  • Trade floor support experience/ dealing/supporting end user / VIP C level clients
  • Experience supporting/ maintaining/ monitoring Wintel Servers environments or Azure
  • Experience in supporting/administration of Citrix, VmWare, Office 365
  • Experience/Knowledge configuring Active Directory / VmWare / Azure 
Interpersonal skills required

  • Strong communication - Ability to translate complex issues to clients.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience support users across remote access/Mobile device management technologies
  • Experience with Citrix technologies. [Citrix cloud]
  • Good knowledge in Active Directory
  • Windows Server : Windows 2016/19 / DFS
  • Knowledge in Azure (advantage)
  • Backup Management VEEAM
  • VmWare ESX administration/knowledge an advantage
  • Office 365 Admin experience - familiar with enterprise plans/features
  • Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access
  • Basic Knowledge across IT Networking
  • Experience in Cloud endpoint protection technologies (threat hunting) an advantage
  • Experience in IT Monitoring Systems and Backup technologies
