Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will lead a team to carry out production support of the risk management systems for the cash market, and act as IT project manager for relevant projects.  He/She is expected to:

1. Support core mission critical production systems by providing timely first line fire-fight support. 

2. Lead the team to provide ongoing maintenance activities including performance monitoring, capacity planning, preventive maintenance including regular patch management, security scanning, vulnerability risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

3. Manage and work closely with vendor for the fire-fight support, ongoing maintenance, and relevant projects to meet business needs.

4. Lead the team to carry out duties in system development life cycle, including budgeting, collecting user requirements, system design, programming, functional and technical testing and production migration, in accordance with the IT development standards and guidelines, and company-wide policies and standards

5. Undertake assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines

2. At least 10 years' system development and production support experience, preferably in financial services industry, with at least 4 years in management level

3. Experience in vendor management and project management.

4. Experience in Java, Unix shell scripts, web technology, database

5. Experience in Cloud technology and implementation, including Kubernetes and containerized applications an added advantage.

6. Good understanding of system development life cycle and DevOps

7. Good analytical skills and good command of English
