Job Description:

Provide onsite or offsite trouble-shooting, repairing, installation and maintenance
Follow up customer's technical support
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

Requirements:

Diploma or above in  Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
1-2 years working experience 
(Fresh Graduate also will be considered)
Self-motivated, responsible and team oriented
Good interpersonal, problem solving skills and customer focus
Good knowledge in Hardware /Software, user support
Outgoing Personality, Aggressive and Well Organize
Good command of English and Chinese
Holder of valid motor car driving licence is an advantage
