Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Level 2 infrastructure support
- Support system setup, configuration, and software installation work
- Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning
- Support system incident handling and follow up problem diagnostics
- Review and enhance system setting and security policy
- Assist in infrastructure-related projects
- Vendor management
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of system support experience with hands-on Linux and Server administration
- Familiar with Linux systems, such as CentOS, Redhat
- Experience in Nginx Web Service & Load Balancing configuration
- Knowledge of Scripting languages (e.g. Shell script, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of Network and Firewall administration
- Knowledge of Virtualized or Cloud Environment
- Able to work as on-call basis during non-office hours
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
