Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform level 2 infrastructure support
- Perform database installation, patching, upgrade
- Support, monitor, and maintain MySQL, and Oracle databases related risks
- Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning
- Support system incident handling and follow up problem diagnostics
- Assist in infrastructure-related projects
- Vendor management
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ system support experience with hands-on Database administration
- Familiar with MySQL and Oracle Database systems is required
- Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Linux OS administration will be an advantage
- Able to work as on-call basis during non-office hours
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
