Job Description
THE JOB
- Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for different enterprise solutions via phone calls, emails and/or site visit
- Responsible in providing SOC support including Triage and incident response (On call is required)
- Support for release package testing, installation and deployment of system software, security patch update and remediation
- Participate in new product and solutions evaluation
THE PERSON
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2 - 3 years' work experience in IT networking or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of maintain Linux/Windows/Esxi • Knowledge of popular MDM solutions
- Good team player, can-do attitude, self-motivated and responsible
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skill
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- On-the-Job Training provided
