Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Devise recruitment and selection plan to identify and retain quality talents to match the manpower needs at all levels
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and business partnering activities, including candidates sourcing, shortlisting and assessment, on-and off-board arrangement, contract renewal, etc.
  • Provide professional HR recruitment support and advice to line management to fit for the manpower plan, as well as HR support to line management to increase organization effectiveness
  • Timely and effective communication with line managers for recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Regular reporting of recruitment status to management with required details properly maintained

Requirements

  • University degree with minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in banking or finance industry
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and customer-centric
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS office including Excel

Candidate with less relevant experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager.
