Job Description

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree holder with Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology discipline
  • 5+ years' solid experience in application support or application development
  • Solid know-how in supporting .NET or Java applications
  • Good knowledge in enterprise architecture, infrastructure and operation management technology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, proactive, good team player with integrity
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD process, tooling and Docker technology is definitely an advantage
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, and self-motivated
  • Reliable, intelligent, diligent and good problem-solving skills
  • AWS/Azure cloud platform exposure is a PLUS

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Sr. Analyst, Applications Support


Impact You'll Make:

  • To be part of the Applications Support team in Hong Kong providing robust applications support services to our business
  • To assist and support users during production implementation, and prepare applications system documentations
  • To engage with global team to resolve technical issues and manage incidents until service resume
  • To conduct incident & problem reviews, root cause analysis with the relevant parties and stakeholders
  • To participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications, production environment and respond to exceptions according to the designated SLAs
  • To work closely with stakeholders to plan for the release windows and cycles across the platform and services
  • To support customers during User Acceptance Test
