Job Description
In this position, you will:
- Responsible for sales order management (i.e. renewal quote, order administration, update sales and maintenance records, etc.)
- Handle daily operation as well as receiving and processing purchase orders, sales order, delivery orders and monitor inventory;
- Organize and work closely with vendors and customers to ensure the projects under schedule;
- Work closely with internal parties on order requirements, order delivery, billing and traveling;
- Timely prepare documentation for import/export materials/documents, custom declaration to meet specific logistic requirements;
- Providing administrative support to sales team
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma holder or above;
- 1-2 years relevant experience in sales co-ordination, support and administration;
- Related working experience in IT / Telecom industry would be an advantage;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure;
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
