• Assist in daily operations and administrative supports of the Department, including but not limited to review and handle simple marine claims, liaison with insurance brokers and P&I Clubs
• Checking relevant documents received from parties concerned and filing of claim files, insurance documents and certificates etc.
• Monitoring vessels’ movement on daily basis and notify underwriters concerned if necessary
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirement

• Degree in Insurance or related disciplines. Experience in Marine Insurance will be an added advantage
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in handling insurance claims, including FDD claim which is preferred but not essential (Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed)
• Responsible, positive, well organized, capable to communicate with all levels and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
