Responsibilities:

• Build good working relationships with consultancy force and business partners;  
• Gather information from clients to look at their insurance needs and assess their risks;
• Research policies from insurance companies to compare features, level of cover and premium
• Liaise between service providers on policy premium and product coverage;
• Review and verify application documents are in compliance with the requirements;
• Provide professional advice to clients to ensure the service excellence and client retentions;
• Handle and follow up insurance policy issuing, underwriting, claims service and related documents for clients;
• Prepare reports for insurance underwriters and surveyors in complex cases;
• Work with consultancy force on the products selection and promotion;
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary.

Requirements:

• University graduate with work experience in general insurance business development
• Minimum 4 years working experience in insurance business development and clients servicing;
• Energetic, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with detail-minded and can work independently;
• Matriculated or above, qualifications in IIQE preferred;
• Good communication skills with good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Proficient in computer software for day-to-day operations.
