Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production and materials planning, and work closely with production team for production status and performance in order to meet with sales target
• Interpret stock and materials requests and coordinate with internal departments to ensure adequate and timely supplies to meet production targets and schedules
• Maintain inventory database and records and communicate on the inventory status and schedules
• Monitor the effectiveness of handling procedures and space utilization and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and implement inventory and materials management system, regularly review and exercise control on excessive and obsolete stock
• Handle rejected or damaged goods and follow up issues
• Prepare purchase requisitions, maintain master records and work on regular status and analysis reports
• Participate in projects and other ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 5 years’ solid production planning or materials control experience in food manufacturing industries
• Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to figures, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility
• Excellent PC skills particularly MS Excel and experience in SAP will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Planner
