Main Responsibilities
  • Review and understand the approved instructional design, syllabus, course configuration, content map, budget, and schedule from supervisors
  • Review quality of all contracted work; provide feedback to Content Developers, writers, freelancers or vendors on any recurring issues related to content creation; when necessary under deadline, bring quality of content up to standard through development and revision
  • Collaborate closely with in-house designers, Project Management & Support team, photo and text researchers, rights managers before and during all phases of content production
  • Develop content for specific components including both print or digital products
  • Provide continuous and consistent support to Content Developers, writers, freelancers or vendors throughout the writing and content development process
Job Requirements
  • University/College degree in English Language, Linguistics or Translation, with relevant content development experience
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work independently
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, remaining pragmatic and results-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Familiar with local curriculum and public exams
