• Assist the marketing team in the execution of advertising campaigns in various online/offline channels, new promotional campaign launch, joint promotion and event organizing
• Create quality digital content according to company’s marketing strategy, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including website, mobile app and social media platforms
• Involve in daily operation and maintenance of the group’s social media platforms/website, including but not limited to enquires and comments handling and page patrolling
• Communicate with Sales and Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans, brand strategies and tactical programs to generate sales leads and maintain market awareness
• Develop and monitor the marketing budget and control actual marketing expenditure to ensure marketing effectiveness
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and media investment
• Negotiate with business parties for joint programs and initiatives

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / e-Commerce / Multi-media / Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of solid working experience in marketing field. Experience in fitness / beauty industry and with agency background preferable
• Digital marketing experience is highly preferred
• Good planning and leadership skills, along with good interpersonal and communication skills and detail-minded
• Proficiency in data management, Google Analytics, CRM, SEO, SEM and reporting would be an advantage
• Proactive, independent and excellent problem solving skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge in digital marketing will be a definite advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
