Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall project success by independently driving the overall project end-to-end cycle, from approach to implementation.
• Working with the Account Lead/Manager, assist in business development related activities such as proposal preparation and presentation
• Serve as the front-line in client communication and assist in stakeholder management
• Capable of guiding the team to write professional comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans
• Involve in test planning & execution and production rollouts
• Support any related ad-hoc request from Management

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science related disciplines
• 2-5 years project management, business development or other related experience in digital field
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive / Project Executive
• Fundamental technical sense is required
• Well-organized, detail-minded, logical and able to work under pressure independently
• A self-motivated, proactive and responsible team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense in user experience is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience in business process design/re-engineering is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese and English verbal and written communication skill, proficient in mandarin is a plus
