With on-the-job training, you will be able to develop in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on programmatic display, social advertising and other related fields. 

You will also be learning how to master data-analytic and tracking tools like Analytics 360, Campaign Manager, Sizmek, etc., to better understand audiences’ on-site behavior, full path-to-conversion funnel, and the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.  

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal team in monitoring project delivery and conduct continuous optimization to improve campaign performance
• Handle the backend operation on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Display and Video 360, etc.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives, work closely with clients to achieve the KPIs
• Handle regular performance reports and digest data to turn into quality learnings and insights to clients
• Participate in media planning

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of solid experience in digital or media agency industry with account management
• Passionate about digital marketing or online media advertising
• Good project management and problem-solving skills, with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferred
