• Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategy in order to improve, website performance in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion to reach sales target and achieve business goals.
• Handle and manage the daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform including direct site and marketplace.
• Seek new business opportunities to expand sales performance through data-minded strategies.
• Manage marketplace stores efficiently and professionally.
• Handle the content, product, pricing listing, promotion and work closely with internal team on execution.
• Coordinate Digital Marketing activities.
• Growth Hacking - A/B Testing.
• Support the system implementation in different channels.
• Support merchandising team on product assortment and digital marketing team on digital campaign related to e-commerce.
• Utilise Facebook marketing tools, Social media, SEO and Google analytics for analysis and creating campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and sales.

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above relevant experience in E-Commerce operations (Brand or market place).
• Experience in Shopify, HKTV mall, Zalora,  Goxip, TMall is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of python / JavaScript would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English & Chinese.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Positive upbeat attitude and in interest for continuous personal growth.
• Ambitious, self-motivated with passion for growing the online presence.
