Our Client is a well-known retail group. They are currently looking for professional to join their retail team.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and work with various types of data sources (e.g. POS, web analytics, membership)
• Analytical skills to consolidate data, analyze various metrics, and convert them into meaningful insights, strategies and action plans
• Transfer data into presentations, create reports and provide actionable recommendations
• CRM data management, remain fully informed on market trends
• Connect the dots between data analytics and digital marketing objectives to optimize marketing spend
• Provide recommendations on new ways to process data more efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• 3 years relevant work experience in the analytical, statistical and marketing fields
• Working experience using various data tools – e.g., SQL, SPSS, SAS, Python, R – is advantageous
• Experience in using digital marketing tools – e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google BigQuery, Facebook Analytics, DCM, Social Media listening tools – is advantageous
• Knowledge of data analytics, digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms
• Ability to convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
• Ability to present research and analytics findings in a creative and storytelling way
• Work very closely with Store Operations, Marketing and E-Commerce team
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
