We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Medical Systems Division in our Hong Kong Office.

• Work collaboratively with APAC Regional Pricing Manager region on implementation of pricing projects and initiatives in Hong Kong
• Develop a robust and scalable pricing framework for our medical products and services to provide business clarify around the value proposition to its customers
• Monitor and regularly analyze price performance and partner with Business through to identify improvement opportunities for greater market share and profitable growth
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Teams on pricing strategies in tenders/contract/customer proposal
• Oversee the annual price reviews and provide analysis and support to major deals
• Manage all the pricing related contractual terms
• Develop Pricing reports and regularly report margin leakage to management
• Manage and implement pricing-related policies to ensure an efficient and practical governance on discounting and pricing-based decisions
• Be a pricing expert to share insights and customized solutions to Business and create awareness of key pricing initiatives within the organization
• Raise the commercial pricing acumen bar
• Provide support when ad hoc duties and projects assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related discipline
• 5-8 years’ experience in a commercial management or equivalent role
• Exceptional commercial acumen
• Financial solution modelling skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit to identify and help develop commercial opportunities for the business
• Strong organization and document management skills
• Strong communication and relationship skills with internal and external customers
• Good working knowledge of SAP or other ERP platform / CRM
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English
