What

We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our successful team. A vacancy is now open for applicants to join us as a Graduate Researcher where you will learn the skills to develop into a highly effective market research analyst. 

• Registering, update and coding of candidate and client records on the company's recruitment and Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases
• Conduct thorough market research on organisations and industries, including team mapping, identifying industry leaders, key stakeholders and decision makers using online and offline methods, and cold/warm calling
• Update the teams on the latest roles and job trends in the areas of our specialisations, identify key moves in the legal and compliance sectors, research into new law firm models and legal tech as well as new areas of law that lawyers need training on  
• Reach out to job seekers and introduce them to our recruiters for consultation on their careers
• Provide the full suite of assistance in candidate success management from creating jobs, shortlisting candidates, preliminary interviews of candidates, and scheduling interviews 
• Assist in producing marketing content for relevant business lines such as brochures, posters, flyers and/or writing articles on topics relating to the group's businesses, help with tender document preparations
• Attend webinars to gather legal, HR, and recruiting industry insights followed by preparing a summary outlining key points from the event
• Work closely with other team members to carry out research for our sister companies, Yuzu and SALT
• Assist on ad hoc tasks/projects (including administrative and marketing tasks)  

You 

• Degree holder from a reputable university, strong academic qualifications - graduates as well as experienced professionals seeking a new career path are welcome to apply
• Fast, accurate word processing and data inputting skills
• Excellent research skills, highly disciplined and able to drive processes quickly and efficiently
• Lateral thinker, ability to see and understand relationships (and the degrees of relationships) between organisations and people, and spotting leads or opportunities
• First rate written presentation skills with the ability to condense and present information in a succinct manner
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English (the main form of communication in the office)
• Pro-active, self-motivated and independent
• Positive thinker and with a 'can-do' attitude, outstanding time management and organisational skills
• A quick learner who is highly adept at using computer software and online research tools
