Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To preform administrative duties which include general office administration, receiving incoming calls, mail, courier & greeting visitors
- To handle procurement of office supplies and equipment
- To maintain proper filing and accounting records
- To handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Outdoor work is required occasionally
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in clerical and office administration
- Familiar with MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word-processing
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Good working attitude and responsible
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
