Duties /Responsibilities:

•          Manage overall schedule to ensure production meets all deadlines.
•          Keep accurate daily information of all departments.
•          Communicate daily with Producer on the status of each department.
•          Assist Producer in hiring and performance reviews.
•          Supervise Production Coordinators to update production personnel on the status of all areas of production.
•          Schedule and run weekly production and department meetings.
•          Troubleshoot problems and proactively collaborate with team to find solutions.
•          Produce and maintain a detailed weekly report for the production for all the individual departments, while ensuring the team understand the deadlines of each task along with the main delivery deadlines of the project.
•          Manage weekly Client Status Reports; Producer, and CG Supervisor, assist in facilitating the overall setup of the project pipeline.

Requirements:

•          Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a production management/leadership role on Feature animation production.
•          Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
•          Strong leadership skills.
•          Proven scheduling experience and knowledge of scheduling tools, Eg. Excel, Shot Grid
•          Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
•          Need to be passionate & enthusiastic about the project
