• To develop impactful event concepts - supported by references and executed with 3D design, renderings and technical drawings.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with design team(s) to create engaging solutions on clients’ briefs.
• To be able to handle an event from concept to sketch, designs, renderings, structures all the way through to production and on-site production supervision ensuring quality of output.
• Day to day management, liaison with clients, partners and vendors
• Able to manage budget, timeline and logistics with clients, partners and vendors.

• Degree Holder with major Communication, Translation, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Media, Marketing or related disciplines
• 3 years of experience in related areas
• Good command of written Chinese and English (Simplified Chinese and Mandarin will be a bonus)
• Proficient in 3D software is a must (i.e. 3D Studio Max, CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…)
• Possible background in event agency or production houses
• Able to work well in a team as well as very independently
• Strong sense of responsibility, mature, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and multi-tasking capability.
