Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on sales services such as handle customer inquiry, quotation, and invoices
- Assist in business development and sales-related marketing activities.
- Coordinate with factories overseas and China.
- Liaise with the factories for delivery to ensure on-time deliveries and cost optimization.
- Customer supports on pricing, quotation and delivery.
- Review aging report weekly, provide updates to the Accounts Receivable department regarding past dues accounts.
- Customers’ samples feedback tracking.
- Maintain a PO entry tracker to provide visibility to the Contracts and Accounting teams.
- Coordinates with other functions as necessary to ensure that customers receive the best service possible.
- Prepares support information/reports to sales, other functions and management.
- Work closely with line manager and business development managers to optimize the business result.
- Key player on ERP in order processing activities and data maintenance
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Education and Experience required
- Associate Degree or Degree Holder is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing industry or trade/export industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Organized, detail-oriented, independent, and full of curiosity.
- Good Team Player with a strong sense of self-initiative and responsibility
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
