Job Description (Overseas Sales Director)

  • Responsible for formulating marketing strategies for overseas markets;
  • Responsible for formulating the management system and business process for overseas sales;
  • Responsible for specific channel strategies, price strategies, promotion and sales strategies in overseas markets;
  • Responsible for team building and team management in overseas markets;
  • Responsible for overseas market research, analyze competitors, and dig according to customer needs;
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of sales channels in overseas markets, and lead the team to complete the annual sales tasks;
  • Responsible for brand promotion in relevant markets;
  • Coordinate and coordinate various resources of the department

Job Requirement (Overseas Sales Director)

  • Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
  • Have more than 8 years of overseas sales experience in the medical device industry, and have coordinated the overall work of overseas sales;
  • Proficient in the operation mode of overseas markets, familiar with all aspects and processes of international trade in medical devices;
  • Rich experience in channel development, excellent marketing skills and business negotiation skills;
  • Familiar with the regulations and policies of the medical device industry and the access requirements of various markets;
  • Passionate, with excellent team building and management experience.
