Job Description:

• Source and develop new products and vendors as directed by the Product Sourcing Manager, ensuring brief requirements are met
• Adequate internal communication with relevant teams such as QA & Supply Chain to avoid miscommunication and ensure all CPAs are managed and OTIFEF targets are met
• Identify the bottlenecks, provide possible solutions, and report to manager in an active manner
• Be analytical to resolve conflict among stakeholders
• Prepare trip itineraries and arranging visit with vendors and factories properly
• Complete factory visit reports and highlights risk and opportunities
• Managing vendor quotations. Ensure all quote sheets, SAP forms and PI forms are accurately completed prior sending to buyer in a timely manner
• Review samples with Buying Team and QA to provide a common solution to group & vendors
• Coordinate with packaging team to make sure packaging is up to standard
• Negotiate terms & cost price reductions according to the target from top management
• Provide possible solutions to mitigate cost price increase
• Prepare the cost breakdown sheet to ensure it is completed logically
• Adapt to all internal process and hands on the system effectively
• Contribute as required to business planning and budgeting process

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above
• 3-4 years related sourcing working experience in Buying office
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong at analytics and figure
• Able to work flexibility, proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn.
• A good team player; adaptive attitude and detail-minded
• General knowledge of MS office, proficient in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.) and strong sense on system work
• Language – Cantonese, Mandarin, English
• Travel Requirement - 30% require traveling to China
