Job Description
Main duties:
- Handle shipping account for export including shipment plan, shipping record etc.
- Export documentation such as O/A, D/A, L/C etc.
- Email and correspondence for internal and external parties regarding shipping issues
- Outbound functions (shipping/ billing) by using SAP system
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduate/ fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good in written English
- Advance level of MS Excel (Use of Pivot Table and Vlookup etc.)
- Knowledge in SAP system is preferable
- 1 year working experience preferrable
