Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze sample quality on each vendor and provide corrective actions and technical supports to those unstable performance vendors
• Maintain good working relation with Merchants team, buyer's tech team, and vendors by showing professional technical support to achieve sample in time
• Create the block pattern with CAD team together according to buyer‘s requirement
• Conduct Pre-production meeting, work with relevant persons from factory and CFL quality team

Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years solid experience in Garment Fit Technician,  familiar with the sample evaluation about quality, pattern, marker, etc
• Good communication skills with merchandising, factory, buyer, and other relevant parties
• Good command in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge in excel, word and email program
• Beneficial with knowledge in Optitex or other AD program
• Hard worker, team work player, with enthusiasm and commitment to the job
• Be able to travel
