• Work seamlessly with internal and external parties to develop content and drive initiatives for corporate ESG report
• Conduct performance gap analysis on the Group’s existing ESG practice against major international ESG indices and ratings, such as MSCI, DJSI, Sustainalytics, etc.
• Assess and analyze ESG-related policies and processes to identify areas which improvements can be made in accordance with best practices in the industry
• Identify campaigns and projects that can help Company to project positive image to the public on sustainability spectrum
• Plan and implement communication strategies to enhance the Group’s performance on sustainability spectrum
• Assist in the assessment of sponsorship requests from the non-profit sector
• Perform market research and assist in ad hoc projects when required

• Degree or above in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Policy, Sustainability or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience from ESG consultancy agencies or in ESG advisory functions
• Solid experience in data management and carbon management would be an advantage
• Attentive to details, results-driven and a good team player
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as ESG Officer
