Job Description

- We are looking for COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Company Secretarial Manager
- Work in Company Secretarial team of 5 members
- Provide excellent client service through solid professional knowledge of company formation and administration in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
- Tertiary education
- Company Secretarial or related studies is preferable
- Student of HKCGI (HKICS) preferred
- Over 2 years relevant experience in professional firm
- Experience in collaborating with group offices and clients in PR China is an advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate, knowledge of Viewpoint is a plus
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
