Job Description
One of our clients (a big corp.) is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- Minimum 8 years sales experience with 4 years in a leading role in Telecom/ IT solutions;
- B2B Sales experienced in telecom / experienced in dealing with HK (mainly)/Macau Property Developers
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of business development plans to achieve business targets;
- Develop and explore new solution for new residential projects in both Hong Kong and Macau;
- Conduct market research and analysis;
- Drive solutions development to identify, evaluate and recommend business opportunities in property development and re-development sectors;
- Formulate sales forecast and monitor the project cost and profitability;
- Liaise with different parties in formulating and implementing sales & marketing plans;
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Remarks:
- Yearly salary: HK$700-800K or above (depends on experiece/ skill)
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Tai Koo;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. medical insurance, banking holiday, will be provided.
