Job Purpose
Assist to transform the district surrounding Lee Gardens into a vibrant mix of attraction composed of revitalized traditional trades, independent & global brands, unique lifestyle & cultural elements, contemporary service apt and appealing F&B choices for visitors and locals. Also assist to supervise the operations and P&L for special project and low rise areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in transformation of the low rise area into an international class of attraction composed of revitalized traditional trades, unique lifestyle elements, art & cultural interest, hobbie archive and appealing F&B choices for stakeholders.
• Handle leasing matters for low rise area and incubate handpicked tenants through marketing & operation supports.
• Conduct market research, evaluation and preparation of reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communication, Marketing and Projects for area branding.
• Involve in feasibility studies for new business initiatives.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with exposure in real estate developer.
• Strong in leasing, marketing, analytical, communication and collaborative skills, able to work well with people.
• Good in business development, able to build partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven and have a flair for business market.
• Computer literate, with fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
