Responsibilities: 

• Participate in all business operations related matters, including property development, sales, leasing, marketing, and property management
• Work closely with internal parties and business partners
• Participate in preparation of feasibility studies, research reports and relevant documents and materials for potential investment projects
• Provide administrative support to the team and maintain record management system
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ experience in related industries (preferably in property developer), candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager, Business Operations
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• Be dynamic, flexible and willing to learn and grow together with the company with sense of ownership
• A good team player with excellent communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
