Responsibilities: 

• Oversees and coordinates maintenance/repair work, assign technicians, vendors and contractors performing maintenance and landscaping works;
• Responds to client inquires and comments. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports;
• Preparing the budget and monitoring expenditures for the maintenance, security, cleaning, gardening etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Horticulture/ Botany/ Project Management related subjects;
• Knowledge in Regulations on planting items.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken  English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Highly organized and detail minded
• Good interpersonal, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented
