Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager to serve the corporate donors, schools, district councilors and government body which is related to the SED’s business;
• Maintain & update the donor list;
• Act as a coordinator to communicate & arrange the collection matters or distribution matters with donors, related departments or business partners;
• Consolidate the KPI of regular reports;
• Provide regular reports to direct superior & related parties;
• Initiate & organize the green events with church, school, district councilor, corporate donor & business partner;
• Assist the Senior Manager to explore the new donation sources;
• Any ad hoc duties as required;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable;
• 3 Years practical work experience in customer service or marketing is preferable;
• Pleasant & outgoing
• Proficiency in Chinese, English & Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing;
• Comply with vaccine pass requirements and disease prevention measures of employer (get vaccinated)
