Job Responsibilities

Sales Operation

1. Responsible for daily sales operation including but not limited to customers’ enquiries, sales progress update, purchasing orders, system input and other related sales requests.
2. Closely work with Supply Chain Department for shipment delivery and inventory related issue.

Account Servicing

1. Assist Key Account Manager for assigned region for material preparation and contract implementation.
2. Oversee assigned clients and coordinate with different departments to maximize client satisfaction.

Sales

1. Prepare basic price and profit analysis.
2. Assist in preparing budget and forecast for assigned clients.

Marketing

1. Assist developing marketing material with sales team on request basis.
2. Coordinate marketing event ,including overall planning, budget estimation and implementation.

 Requirements

1. Degree level, at least 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in B2B industry.
2. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written).
3. Business acumen, analytical thinker, details oriented and people management skillsets.
4. Self-discipline, mature, punctual, independent, able to work under high pressure with notable capability in time management.
5. Good interpersonal skill, proactive, multi-tasking and responsible.
6. Experience in aviation industry/marketing is highly preferable.
