Business Development Manager


What is This Job

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive cross-business initiatives in growing the global business. Your experienced project management skill will be applied across a variety of cross-functional initiatives, working with Product, Marketing, Finance, R&D, as well as Business partners. You will work closely and effectively with managers and teams across Peplink, to jointly identify strategies, kick-off new initiatives, and track and monitor programs.


You will identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners within assigned territories, expand new sales channels, achieve goals and sales targets. You will also develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals, provide sales operation support, customers & resellers enquiries, FAQs, and execute sales action plan & marketing campaigns.


What We Need

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • 3+ years of related experience. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Any proficient knowledge of foreign language an advantage
  • Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive

What We Prefer

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in international B2B sales, business development or overseas working experience an advantage
