Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer documents, filing and support finance billing works
- Assist in system master setup to ensure smooth sales operation
- Follow up sales order and coordinate with different functional teams
- Provide sales administrative and clerical supports
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
- HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint). SAP SD and MM modules user experience is an advantage.
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
