Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Take lead to drive customer order fulfilment process improvement for FMCG's top key customers, and to develop a conducive business platform to support the company in driving sales for existing suppliers
- Fast sales penetration for new suppliers with key customers, as well as supporting the internal teams to speed up resolution of disputes
- Review and address issues on service level performance
- Act as a local lead on project initiated by regional, such as suppliers partnership program
- Act as the trading terms convergence point and handle the yearly reconciliation process
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Client Management team, Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in FMCG industry
- Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Hands on experience on SAP is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficiencies in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
