Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception and administrative duties;
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, correspondence & fax, etc;
- Work closely with other business units in daily office work;
- Handle I/E trade declaration;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned;
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, with at least 1 years’ relevant experience;
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua;
- Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Mature, self-motivated, efficient, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
- Experience in handling I/E trade declaration (preferred)
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
- Immediately available
