Customer Service Executive 15-20K

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders, inquiries and compliant by phone / E-mail
• Provide perfect solutions to client inquiry via different communication channels
• Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner

• 1 year solid working experience in sales administration or customer service field
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Flexible, self-motivated, multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner
• Proficient PC skills and MS Office Applications
• Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
