Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve brand objectives.
• Develop key performance indicators to track implementation, customer and business metrics.
• Manage and analyze the A&P budget expenditures for strategic brand plans.
• Manage and communicate with principals effectively to deliver agreed KPIs
• Organize sales team communication meetings for brand direction and activities.
• Provide updated product training and create innovative promotional materials for sales team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Science, Biochemistry or Medical related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ marketing experience (Ethical or CHC portfolio) for ethical channel of Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Solid experience in client/principal management.
• Creative mind set and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in spoken and written English as well as Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager.
